[Remote] Project Manager II (Federal Financial)

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned reputed company and workstreams supporting PMO and business initiatives across the task order
- reputed company and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, and status reports
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, stakeholder briefings, and reputed company-item tracking activities
- Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, reputed company, and resource objectives
- reputed company risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while escalating concerns appropriately
- Support preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and reputed company project reporting deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and contractor teams
- Assist with backlog management, prioritization, resource planning, and implementation tracking
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and reputed company assurance processes
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices across project operations
- Prepare executive-reputed company communications, presentations, and status materials for reputed company leadership
Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience supporting technology, modernization, or business transformation efforts
- Experience managing reputed company-to-large reputed company in Agile, hybrid, or SDLC-driven environments
- Experience with risk management, schedule management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including MS Project, Jira, ADO, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience supporting federal government clients or highly regulated organizations
- Experience supporting PMO governance and portfolio reporting activities
- Familiarity with reputed company Value Management (EVM), Agile reporting metrics, and financial tracking
