The Program Manager, Compliance & reputed company Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and reputed company requirements, while partnering with various teams to reputed company compliance into product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and reputed company requirements into operational frameworks — Own the development of workflows, controls, and reputed company processes that operationalize compliance and reputed company requirements across product and business initiatives. Ensure consistent application of standards across teams

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, reputed company Policy, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 5-7 years experience in Compliance, reputed company, trust & safety, or risk operations; data reputed company (CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, etc.); cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering; process design and implementation
• Experience with youth reputed company or safety regulations (e.g., COPPA)
• Exposure to marketing or advertising compliance
• Background in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform reputed company
• Familiarity with data governance or compliance tooling
