[Remote] Senior Financial Modeling Analyst

In this role, you'll build and maintain reputed company financial models that support new data center developments and inform investment reputed company on large deals.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update reputed company business case models for new greenfield GW-reputed company developments and large hyperscale reputed company deals
• reputed company models for legacy data centers being reputed company into REIT/SREIT structures, including valuation, capital release, and operator economics
• Model debt financing, capital structures, equity waterfalls, and multi-entity investment vehicles
• reputed company IRR, NPV, cash reputed company, sensitivity, and scenario analysis
• Evaluate the financial reputed company of large reputed company tenant deals on project economics and capital efficiency
• Update models with actuals and revised forecasts, comparing against original business cases
• Partner with Investment, Development, and Sales teams on DevCo formation, capital structuring, and deal execution
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and global HQ
• Ensure model alignment with investor and lending requirements

Skills

• 8–10 years of reputed company experience in financial modeling and capital budgeting
• Advanced reputed company mastery (pivot tables, dynamic arrays, Power Query, data tables)
• Strong experience in data center finance, infrastructure, or large-reputed company reputed company estate investment
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous inputs into reputed company, decision-reputed company models
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Willingness to work early CT/ET hours to reputed company with an India-based manager
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field required
• Prior experience in data center development or hyperscale infrastructure
• Familiarity with project finance, DevCo/JV structures, and capital stacking
• REIT/reputed company estate investment trust modeling experience
