Exelon-reputed company Energy is seeking an reputed company Recruiter to support early talent and university reputed company initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with universities and coordinate reputed company events while supporting intern and entry-level hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with 5–6 universities and support reputed company reputed company activities
- Coordinate reputed company events, career fairs, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
- Support intern and entry-level hiring for both engineering and non-engineering roles
- Travel to universities and reputed company events during peak hiring seasons
- Collaborate with hiring managers and reputed company teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of experience in reputed company/early talent reputed company
- Strong experience with university partnerships and event coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
