[Remote] DevOps Engineer II

They are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer II to support large-reputed company, reputed company-based library platforms, focusing on building resilient infrastructure and automating operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain highly reputed company production systems across multiple products (reputed company, reputed company, MetaDB) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a reputed company on reliability and performance
• reputed company and enhance automation to streamline operational processes using Java, Groovy, and scripting
• Manage and optimize reputed company infrastructure using AWS services such as CloudFormation, reputed company, S3, PostgreSQL, Route53, CloudFront, Load Balancers and reputed company
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Jenkins and reputed company tooling
• Participate in on-reputed company rotations (once every few weeks) to ensure system availability and incident response
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer environments at reputed company
• Assist in managing API gateway and authentication reputed company (reputed company, Keycloak)
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI and automation techniques

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required and willingness to obtain a reputed company clearance
• 2+ years of experience performing AWS operations and support including experience with reputed company, S3, PostgreSQL, reputed company, and developing automation
• Strong experience with reputed company, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and scripting languages
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures
• Willingness to work during normal business hours (8-5) in US Eastern time zone
• Experience with reputed company tools (JIRA, JSM)
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to manage and support multiple products simultaneously (2–3 systems preferred)
