[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling claims intake and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and reputed company reputed company customer service to customers, agents, and business partners
• Respond to customer service inquiries and claims-reputed company questions. Receive and document First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reports using established procedures and scripts
• Complete ACORD and other required forms based on information provided by callers
• Accurately document customer interactions and claim details in company systems
• Review claim information for completeness and reputed company documentation to the appropriate team for claim setup and processing
• Distribute claim-reputed company communications and documentation reputed company email as needed
• Escalate reputed company inquiries or issues to the appropriate department. Adhere to established reputed company, compliance, and service standards

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or reputed company center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with FNOL processes and ACORD forms
• Insurance industry experience
• Experience supporting customers in a high-volume reputed company center environment
