[Remote] Accountant

The role involves managing billing processes, performing reconciliations, and supporting accounts receivable activities while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements
• reputed company billing reconciliation and funding settlements, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with reputed company stakeholders
• Monitor and support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up
• Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure reputed company transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP and company policies
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 3–5+ years of relevant reputed company experience, with exposure to billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP) and financial reporting practices
• Experience in insurance, billing operations, or reputed company environments
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues reputed company
• Experience working in process development or reputed company improvement initiatives, particularly in new or evolving roles
• Proficiency in reputed company systems and ERP platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and advanced skills in reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with banking, treasury functions, or cash management is a plus
