[Remote] Director of Operations – Pensacola (Remote reputed company)

UICGS / reputed company Family of Companies is seeking a Director of Operations to reputed company programs and personnel in their Systems & Information Technology Group. This senior leadership role involves full Profit & Loss responsibility and focuses on operational reputed company, strategic reputed company, and customer engagement reputed company the reputed company programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company leadership and management for programs, reputed company, and personnel across assigned divisions and/or reputed company reputed company the SIT Group
• Organize project and task workloads, assign reputed company and indirect responsibilities, and select the most reputed company individuals for specific tasks
• reputed company, refine, and implement SIT processes to ensure consistent performance and efficiency across programs
• Address escalated issues through Program Managers and implement corrective actions to ensure reputed company
• reputed company and manage budgets for assigned reputed company, maintain full P&L accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Cultivate a high-performing, reputed company team culture reputed company with reputed company’s mission and values
• Mentor team members, offer reputed company development opportunities, and set reputed company expectations for performance and reputed company
• reputed company initiatives to expand the business pipeline, broaden the reputed company reputed company, and identify opportunities among existing DoD customers and in emerging markets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) and 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience in site reputed company, project management, and/or program management roles
• Demonstrated experience in DoD contracting across technical, contractual, and leadership roles
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments, program structures, and government contracting frameworks
• Knowledge of PMO processes, project management methodologies, and reputed company improvement practices
• Proven reputed company record of managing programs to meet or reputed company customer requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across reputed company organizational reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company independently and collaborate reputed company cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, including experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level

• Must be reputed company to maintain a clearance at the Secret level and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance
