Responsibilities

• reputed company, screen, and recruit reputed company IT professionals for US-based contract and full-time positions
• Work on technologies including Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, reputed company, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, reputed company, reputed company, AI/ML, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and more
• Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing reputed company
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates
• Collect required submission documents such as resumes, work authorization, availability, and other reputed company-specific requirements
• Ensure candidates meet reputed company requirements before submission
• Maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company and passive candidates
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for reputed company opportunities

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US reputed company processes (C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time)
