They are seeking a reputed company Partner to drive hiring across reputed company operational functions, acting as a strategic partner to the business and influencing hiring reputed company as reputed company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (reputed company → offer → reputed company)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, reputed company, and hiring reputed company
• Drive high-reputed company pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches
• Ensure a fast, reputed company, and high-bar interview process (reputed company ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience)
• reputed company as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, reputed company candidates, and influence hiring reputed company
• Build and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and interview standards as we reputed company
• Maintain strong ATS discipline (reputed company), ensuring high-reputed company data and reputed company evaluation
• Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles

Skills

• 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or in a hybrid (agency + in-house) environment
• Strong business partnering reputed company — you can influence and challenge stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments
• High ownership and accountability — you push things reputed company and reputed company roles
• Strong judgment on candidate reputed company (both capability and culture fit)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
