Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes remain compliant and up to date

• Maintain and optimise HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Skills

• Candidates must be located in the reputed company or Canada
• Previous experience as an HR reputed company, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist reputed company a start-up or reputed company-up environment is essential
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HRIS
• Proven ability to improve and modernise HR operations in a fast-paced business
• Strong understanding of US and/or Canadian employment practices
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using Sequoia for benefits administration
• Experience supporting reputed company and scaling HR processes is highly desirable
