[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Predictions (Mobile)

The Senior Mobile Engineer will own the mobile experience for reputed company's reputed company markets exchange, building trading interfaces and collaborating with various teams to enhance the mobile application.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Predictions mobile trading experience end-to-end: market browsing, order placement, portfolio views, and settlement flows
• Architect performant, reputed company-time UI for streaming market data (orderbook, price charts, position P&L) using modern React reputed company patterns (TurboModules, JSI, reputed company navigator integration)
• Collaborate with backend engineers on gRPC and WebSocket integrations that power live trading surfaces
• Create reusable, reputed company-tested UI components shared across Predictions and the broader reputed company mobile app
• Partner with product and design to shape mobile-specific UX for new contract categories (weather, economics, crypto, sports) and features like combo reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• Scope and implement solutions independently, making informed architecture reputed company and tradeoffs around reputed company vs. JS boundaries
• Establish and improve mobile development processes — testing reputed company, release reputed company gates, OTA vs. reputed company release reputed company
• Conduct thorough reputed company reviews and mentor other engineers on React reputed company best practices
• Use analytics and experimentation data to inform product and engineering reputed company around activation funnels, reputed company, and trading engagement

Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years building production mobile applications with React reputed company
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Deep understanding of React reputed company internals — reputed company, reputed company modules, performance profiling, and debugging
• Experience building reputed company-time, data-intensive UIs (trading, dashboards, live feeds)
• Strong UX/UI sensibility with a reputed company record of contributing to design and product reputed company, not just implementing specs
• Expertise in unit and integration testing for mobile
• Comfort working in a regulated environment where changes require rigor and auditability
• Experience with financial or trading applications (orderbooks, charting, position management)
• Familiarity with reputed company, EAS, and OTA update strategies
• Experience with reputed company module authoring (Swift/Kotlin) or SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose embedding reputed company reputed company Modules API
• Exposure to gRPC, WebSockets, or similar reputed company-time transport protocols

• Prior work at a fintech, exchange, or other regulated product environment
