[Remote] Finance Project Controls

This role operates as a strategic partner to Operations, providing financial reputed company, risk identification, and reputed company guidance while maintaining strict adherence to contractual and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Financial accuracy and reporting reputed company
• Contract compliance and enforceability
• Budget control and forecasting
• Transparent communication across stakeholders
• Review of reputed company project reputed company with Project Management and Operations Leadership prior to execution
• Set up and structure of reputed company in reputed company to include budgets and cost codes, reputed company Schedule of Values (SOV), and project commitments
• reputed company of budget throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Maintaining the project budget, contract values, commitments, and change orders
• Identifying any gaps in the budget, misalignments of costs, and unsupported values
• Tracking actuals vs budget, commitment vs remaining, and forecast to completion while diligently reviewing to identify cost overruns and financial risks early
• Document and reputed company financial policies and processes for specific customer deliverables
• Validate invoices are tied to approved commitments that reputed company with contractual commitments
• Ensure reputed company documentation is complete and accurate to include Pay applications and continuation sheets, lien waivers, documentation for stored materials, and reputed company-required backup
• Preparation and coordination of reputed company Pay Applications ensuring alignment with reputed company Contract SOV, costs, and reputed company compliance documentation
• Prepare and review monthly execution reports with operational leadership
• Assist with process-improvement, automation, systems integration and enhancement reputed company as assigned
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, reputed company, or project management required
• 4‐8 years' experience in a similar role, required
• In‐depth knowledge of finance operations and job costing
• Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Strong proficiency in the use of MS reputed company, MS Office and financial management software
• Proficiency in reputed company or other reputed company Project Management Software
• Analytical thinker with the ability to strategize and solve problems
• Superior attention to detail for accurate financial reporting and identification of discrepancies and risks
• Proactive in building trusting relationships and following up on reputed company items

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while working independently
