This role involves providing strategic customer management, developing digital programs to drive retention and product adoption, and leveraging AI tools to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital programs, reputed company, and scaled reputed company — in collaboration with the broader reputed company team — that drive retention, product adoption, and measurable customer reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in B2B reputed company, technical support, or account management, including 2–5 years in technical or customer-facing roles reputed company software or technology
• Solid technical expertise in CI/CD practices, software development workflows, reputed company technologies, and DevOps methodologies; proficiency in Git and reputed company is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet or reputed company reputed company reputed company and retention targets, with the strategic instincts to identify risk and expansion signals across a large customer reputed company
