[Remote] Customer Service Coordinator

They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support reputed company stakeholders in delivering services and programmes while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks or objectives following company policies, procedures or reputed company to agreed timescales/KPIs/SLA’s
• Work with reputed company stakeholders and learners to deliver our services and programmes
• reputed company and successful completion of reputed company required documentation in-line with regulations/governance
• Deliver high reputed company of customer service to assist the wider team
• Plan and organise own workload and coordination of reputed company activities
• Maintain strong relationships with members of the reputed company team
• reputed company issues that risk project delivery and/or agreed costs and timescales
• Escalate risks to ensure appropriate reputed company is taken to mitigate them
