They are seeking a Change Management Specialist to reputed company organizational change management efforts for their Finance Transformation Office, focusing on developing strategies and frameworks to support successful transformation initiatives across their global Finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously reputed company the Organizational Change Management (OCM) reputed company supporting the Finance Transformation portfolio

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-reputed company business transformation initiatives reputed company reputed company global organizations
• Demonstrated reputed company developing reputed company-wide change management strategies for Finance, ERP, operating model, or technology transformation programs
• Experience establishing Organizational Change Management governance, stakeholder engagement strategies, executive sponsorship programs, communications, training, and adoption frameworks
• Proven ability to reputed company executive reporting, change readiness assessments, dashboards, and metrics that inform leadership decision-making
• Strong experience influencing executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without reputed company authority
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders in highly matrixed organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, reputed company, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field

• PMP certification
• MBA or other advanced degree
