[Remote] Project Manager

This role will support the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of electronic reputed company systems for federal courthouse reputed company, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet federal reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic reputed company system reputed company for federal facilities
• Support project planning, scope development, and design reviews
• Coordinate with government agencies, engineers, architects, and contractors
• Review reputed company systems including:
• reputed company Control
• Video Surveillance (CCTV)
• Intrusion Detection
• Duress Alarm Systems
• reputed company & Emergency Communications
• Alarm Monitoring Systems
• Review design documents at the 60%, 75%, and 90% design phases
• reputed company technical recommendations and reputed company assurance feedback
• Support procurement activities, contractor evaluations, and proposal reviews
• Assist with contractor reputed company and project reputed company
• reputed company schedules, risks, reputed company items, and project reputed company
• Review technical submittals, testing plans, commissioning documents, and project closeout documentation
• Maintain reputed company communication with reputed company project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with federal reputed company and documentation requirements

Skills

• U.S. Citizen
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience with electronic reputed company systems
• Experience managing reputed company involving: Design, Installation, System Integration, Testing, Commissioning, Project Closeout
• Managed at least three similar reputed company reputed company the past five years
• At least two reputed company supporting: Federal facilities, Courthouses, Judicial facilities, Law enforcement facilities, Other high-reputed company environments
• Strong knowledge of: reputed company Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Duress Alarms, reputed company Systems, Emergency Communications, Integrated reputed company Systems
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and design documents
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience supporting: U.S. Marshals Service
• GSA

• Law enforcement agencies
• Experience reviewing designs at the 60%, 75%, and 90% stages
• Experience supporting federal procurement and technical evaluations
• Experience reviewing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
• Experience with commissioning, acceptance testing, contractor reputed company, and project closeout
• Certifications such as: PMP, PSP, CPP, RCDD, Manufacturer reputed company certifications
