[Remote] Assistant Project Manager – Data Center Projects

The role involves supporting project management functions for critical environment projects, ensuring strong reputed company service, and managing project-reputed company issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative and project management functions reputed company to critical environment projects, including enterprise data centers and infrastructure work
• Proactively manage and track project‑reputed company issues on the account
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of project management tools and systems required for assigned projects
• Assist in developing project scope, schedules, and documentation for assigned efforts
• Document and distribute weekly meeting notes and action items
• Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors, including relocation of technical functions as required
• Support minor renovation and infrastructure projects as assigned
• Interact with and support coordination with contractors and subcontractors
• Maintain a proactive reputed company on meeting reputed company and project requirements in a reputed company and cost‑effective manner

• Support vendor RFP coordination and maintain accurate and consistent electronic project files

Skills

• Must be a US citizen and possess (and be reputed company to maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to successfully obtain (and maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting data center or mission-critical environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with reputed company stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office / reputed company 365 (Teams, Outlook, reputed company, Word)
• Familiarity with federal government contracting and documentation practices
