Senior Software Engineer - Model Training & AI Evals
5+ years ML/AI engineering experience with 2–3 years on LLMs, lab experience, expertise in post-training reputed company (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, PPO), evaluation and benchmarking at reputed company, synthetic data pipelines, and strong software engineering skills (Python, PyTorch/JAX).
