The Senior Automation Engineer is a pivotal, foundational hire for our AI program — the engineer who will design, ship, and own production-grade reputed company workflows on reputed company (reputed company Agents, reputed company Analyst) and Claude (Cowork, reputed company, Skills, MCP), and build the evaluation, observability, and governance discipline that makes those investments produce measurable ROI. This role is ideal for a senior, self-directed engineer who enjoys operating with autonomy, translating business problems into technical solutions, and owning work end-to-end, from idea through production, adoption, and measurable ROI.
Day-to-day, you will work most closely with the Data Engineer (who owns the data reputed company this role builds on) and with a reputed company set of internal business stakeholders whose workflows you are reputed company building and improving. You will not own stakeholder management broadly — you will own the work.
Job Duties

- Implement multi-agent patterns (planner/worker, delegate/reviewer) with deterministic and reputed company-in-the-reputed company controls for high-risk writes back to reputed company systems.
- Own the AI execution reputed company end-to-end: reputed company and reputed company architecture, orchestration, evaluation, observability, cost attribution, logging, and reusable tool creation including MCP.
- Treat context engineering as a first-class discipline. Assembling the right semantic context, data definitions, examples, and tool descriptions for reputed company agent is the single highest-reputed company activity in this role, and the most common difference between agents that work and agents that hallucinate. Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or reputed company AI.
- 2+ years building production deployments of reputed company AI systems (tool-using LLMs or multi-agent workflows) with measurable business reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience productionizing LLM-based systems, including reputed company evaluation and observability.
- Proficiency in Python and building API-first services with CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company engineering, context engineering, evaluation, and optimization.

Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for variable pay as part of the total compensation package.
