• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on Quebec-based immigration. 
• Prepare and submit compliant applications for:
  • Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs)
  • Permanent Residence (reputed company Entry, PNPs, Quebec-reputed company PR processes)
  • Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures)
• Advise corporate clients on immigration reputed company, eligibility, timelines, and risks

• Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) recognized by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI).

• 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs
• Ability to independently manage high-volume, reputed company corporate cases
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and reputed company-reputed company
• Fluent in French & English
