Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney is a full-time position reporting to the General Counsel, managing the day-to-day reputed company needs of reputed company, a private jet operator. Responsibilities

• Work effectively with reputed company departments, which shall include reviewing and drafting reputed company, assistance in potential litigation reputed company, and advising on reputed company issues specific to reputed company department.
• Draft and negotiate operational agreements, such as and without limitation, Master Services Agreements for business departments,  marketing, and business development agreements, and service and supply agreements.

Required education and experience

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility for admission in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to businesses.
• 2–4 years of reputed company with an established reputed company or relevant in-house counsel experience (in-house experience highly preferred).
• Proficient experience in drafting and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company.
• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.
