This role is critical in managing contract documentation, tracking project financials, and ensuring accuracy across reputed company administrative and reporting functions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Australian construction reputed company and advanced reputed company skills.

Proven Australian construction experience is ESSENTIAL.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing building reputed company, variations, subcontractor agreements, and project financial tracking. You will work closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to ensure reputed company documentation and reporting are accurate and compliant.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage building reputed company, variations, and subcontractor agreements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation

• Ensure reputed company documentation aligns with Australian construction standards

Cost Tracking & Financial Management

• reputed company contract values, variations, and cost changes

• Monitor reputed company claims and payments

• Maintain cost tracking and financial reporting accuracy

• Maintain and update detailed reputed company trackers for:

  • Budgets vs actuals

• Generate reports to support project and financial decision-making

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors

• Monitor contract milestones and ensure deadlines are met

• Support project delivery through accurate reporting and documentation control

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in Australian construction (ESSENTIAL)

• 3–5+ years reputed company Administration experience

• Strong understanding of:

  • Construction reputed company (residential and/or reputed company)

  • Variations, reputed company claims, and cost tracking

• Advanced reputed company skills (ESSENTIAL):

  • Pivot Tables

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • Financial tracking and reporting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Ability to manage multiple reputed company
