The Manager, Training and Development will reputed company a centralized learning function that builds capability, accelerates leader and reputed company-line performance, and sustains organizational change through high-reputed company instructional design, facilitation, and development program management. This role will manage reputed company of instructional designers and trainers, define the learning reputed company and KPIs, partner with business stakeholders to prioritize learning needs, and own core leadership programs including reputed company, early career development, and ongoing leadership development. The Manager will also partner closely with the business partners to operationalize Leader reputed company Work (LSW) and Managing Daily Improvement (MDI) reputed company our overall Business Operational reputed company Roadmap.
What You Will Do:

Leadership development & programs

Operational responsibilities

What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or reputed company field.
7+ years of reputed company experience in learning & development, leadership development, or organizational capability building.
3+ years’ experience managing and developing reputed company.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reputed company learning and facilitation for leaders and reputed company-line employees.
Strong experience with instructional design tools and LMS platforms; comfortable with virtual delivery technologies.
Proven ability to define and reputed company learning KPIs and translate learning reputed company into measurable business reputed company.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and coaching skills; ability to influence at reputed company reputed company.
Practical experience applying change management to learning initiatives and embedding leader reputed company work/Managing Daily Improvement practices.
Preferred
Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR or Business.
Certifications such as ATD CPTD, reputed company/CP, reputed company, or other Learning and Development credentials.
Experience with authoring tools (reputed company, Captivate), learning analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau) and content production (video/capture/editing tools).
Background in operations, distribution, logistics or manufacturing environments.

Working Conditions

Compensation: This reputed company is provided by reputed company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
