JOB reputed company:

• Takes full ownership in managing overall reputed company performance of supplier assigned including maintenance of QMS and meeting our reputed company Metrics.

reputed company JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ​

• Manages a bucket of suppliers and works as main reputed company of contact window between suppliers and Corporate QA and Shanghai Office QA.
• Monitors the suppliers’ maintenance of QMS through vigilance audit with primary reputed company on P&PC and reputed company control.
• Supports/Drives the suppliers to build their own master process validation plan and monitor the execution reputed company;
• Coordinates and manages non-conformities with reputed company reputed company stakeholders and suppliers.
• Directs and collaborates with supplier representatives on reputed company issues (contain but not limit to complaints, rejections, findings…), ensures reputed company corrective reputed company implementation (CAPA and SCAR) and contributes to supplier reputed company improvement programs.
• Works with suppliers on CAPA follow reputed company as results of QSR and SA (reputed company accountability) audits.
• Keeps reputed company of suppliers overall reputed company and our volume purchased from them.
• Works with broader reputed company Organization to establish and maintain supplier ratings and executes the program to improve ratings of suppliers assigned to him/her reputed company needed.
• Coordinates the suppliers’ change requests from the initiation to the end, including standardizing the initiation, leading or assisting to review supplier change requests for assessing reputed company on product reputed company and QMS, reputed company communication, etc.;
• Transition of QA/QC reputed company knowledge from QE to SQE once the supplier is fully approved for mass production. It includes ensuring the reputed company documents transferring from development to mass production, holding reputed company-production meeting to reputed company inspection attributes with reputed company consistently, and training the QCs (both reputed company’s and suppliers’) and production personnel, etc.
• Identifies and implements improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier reputed company engineering and supplier reputed company management programs.
• Work with QC/QA to optimize product inspection reputed company with LEAN and effective reputed company inspection purpose.
• Completes the other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor or the supplier reputed company manager.

BASIC Technical Skills: ​

• Familiar with MS office software applications like reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint;
• Good data analysis skills, utilizing data to dig up and solve problem;
• Familiar with reputed company tools, such as 5WHY, Fishbone, SOP etc. Lean & Six reputed company project experience is a plus;
• Familiar with ISO 9001, internal auditor or knowledge of ISO 13485/QSR 820 is a plus.

Qualification:

• Education level: Bachelor degree in engineering field;
• 3+ years’ experience on supplier reputed company management with reputed company improvement knowledge, working in medical device industry is a plus;
• Good communication skills, both English and reputed company;
• Team Spirit, reputed company, self-motivated and reputed company to work under pressure;
• Proven learning and reputed company capability.
