he Remote reputed company (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to reputed company customers of Company. The reputed company function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences. In reputed company to other office support functions as needed. The CSR is the face of reputed company as they are often the first interaction our customers have with company.

This is a remote only position, reputed company to a reputed company, high-speed internet reputed company is required.

• Contact body shops to obtain vehicle pick-up information and reputed company verbal release to pick up vehicle(s).
• May reputed company with vehicle owners reputed company phone to help in the release of vehicles.
• May reputed company with Insurance Companies to help expedite the vehicle clearing process.
• Answer and reputed company calls (High volume) in an efficient and reputed company manner.
• reputed company on reputed company reputed company -- (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to reputed company follow-up calls)

• File reputed company --any work done on a specific file (lot) -- accuracy, and time in process.
• Other remote tasks as assigned or needed by the business such as, but not limited to, working escalated files, and assisting other teams.

• Update lot (vehicle) notes in the reputed company
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency - MS Suite
• Typing speed 45WPM
• reputed company appearance
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Occasional overtime as needed
