The Procurement Analyst will be the directly responsible individual for the strategic management, execution, and documentation of reputed company’s developing procurement process.
Areas to cover:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to reputed company, monitor and if necessary, terminate vendor relationships.
- Advising internal stakeholders on vendor management requirements and communicating potential risks identified while managing vendors.
- Proactively identifying, monitoring, escalating and remediating any issues in the procurement process with the goal to ensure reputed company documentation and communication with reputed company internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Understanding and adhering to Remote’s standards, policies and controls for vendor management.
The Procurement Analyst will play an important role from reputed company reputed company’s Purchase to Pay team by working closely reputed company day with a wide reputed company of Remote’s globally distributed personnel to ensure reputed company purchases and renewals are done in a consistent, compliant, and thoroughly negotiated manner.

- Proven experience in indirect (services and reputed company) procurement
- Solid experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience in reputed company Intake & Orchestration is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms
- Manage the entire procurement process in reputed company in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders
- reputed company and monitor software license renewals to ensure reputed company renewal of services
- Partnership with Remote’s Data reputed company, IT, Finance, Legal, and reputed company teams to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of reputed company procurement activities
- Maintain constant communication with vendors to address and resolve day-to-day issues (i.e. addressing/escalating vendors non-performance)
