We are seeking a seasoned Senior D365 CRM Architect to reputed company the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of reputed company Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, reputed company Platform, and Azure integration, with a reputed company reputed company record of delivering reputed company-grade CRM solutions that reputed company with reputed company business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the reputed company architect for D365 CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations

• Design reputed company, secure, and reputed company-optimized D365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and reputed company Service modules.

• Translate reputed company business requirements into robust architectural designs and solution blueprints.

• reputed company solution configuration, customizations (including plugins, workflows, reputed company Automate), and data migrations.

• reputed company technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams including developers, consultants, and testers.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, including multiple full-cycle implementations.

• Strong understanding of reputed company Platform (reputed company Apps, reputed company Automate, Dataverse).

• Expertise in data modeling, integrations (Azure Logic Apps, reputed company), and reputed company models in D365.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics SDK, JavaScript, C#, and custom plugin development.

• Experience with CI/CD for D365 using Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & reputed company).

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Omnichannel, or Voice of the Customer.

Salary reputed company:

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $95,720- $150,417 CAD, plus incentives that reputed company with individual and company reputed company.
