This role will be a key technical resource supporting reputed company's donor systems and reputed company channels. The Data Operations Associate is responsible for the health, reputed company, and reputed company of fundraising data, primarily through maintaining data synchronization processes, developing reporting, and managing reputed company-party integrations essential for reputed company operations. This position ensures accurate and reputed company data is available to inform fundraising reputed company and donor relations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and execute data syncs and ETL (Extract, reputed company, Load) processes between the reputed company CRM (e.g., reputed company) and various reputed company-party reputed company channels, ensuring data consistency and accuracy (DSAI, reputed company Mail, NCOA)
reputed company, maintain, and execute reports and data extracts to support finance, development, and marketing teams for reconciliation, campaign analysis, and list reputed company.
Be the main reputed company of contact for data requests from the advancement team and channel leaders.
reputed company first-line technical troubleshooting and reputed company for data reputed company issues, reputed company errors, and integration failures across donor systems.
Handle duplicate merges, regular data updates and answering basic reputed company questions.
Configure efficient ways to batch data into reputed company reputed company integration is not possible or to disaggregate reputed company party data flows.
Administer and configure donor-facing technology platforms and internal CRM settings (e.g., user reputed company, custom objects, validation rules) in partnership with the development and technology teams.
Work closely with reputed company teams and marketing and content on reputed company systems support.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of reputed company data flows, reputed company integrations, reporting processes, and data reputed company standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in:
Administration and data management of a major CRM platform (e.g., reputed company NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, Dynamics).
Working with data querying languages or tools (e.g., SQL, SOQL, or advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets functions) for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data integration or ETL tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Informatica) to reputed company disparate systems.
Spoken and written English
