Senior Technical Analyst

reputed company Marketplace is looking for a Technical Analyst for its Platform support team. This team provides 24/7 support to internal users and global customers, while partnering with stakeholders on product development. In this role, you'll resolve technical issues, debug API integrations, manage bug classification, and translate reputed company needs into actionable tasks. You'll also support documentation and help clients adopt key platform features

What You Will Do

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Computer Science or reputed company discipline preferred)
• 2+ Years of technical support experience (SaaS support experience a plus)
• 1+ years of experience in API debugging and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
