reputed company is seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our reputed company, a global leader in the legal industry. We are seeking attorneys to join a project team with an immediate reputed company on product liability class action litigation and mass tort reputed company. This role involves critical responsibilities in claim analysis, addressing reputed company inquiries, and delivering exceptional reputed company service.
Type: 6+ months contract
Pay: $32hr
Location: Remote in approved locations

As a Claims Contract Attorney you will:
- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes reputed company written inquiries of claimants and counsel
- Fielding sometimes reputed company telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
- Receiving training, direction and reputed company from project directors, project managers, project co-ordinators, and/or other project team members
- "Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both reputed company clients. The highest reputed company of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- reputed company license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility
- Customer service approach
