Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers via live chat
Engage with visitors on clients' websites to address inquiries and concerns
Build rapport with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
Escalate issues to Live Chat Manager as needed
Promote client products and services
Maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions
Requirements
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or within a team
Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Upbeat and professional demeanor
Experience in a client-facing role preferred
Ability to compose professional emails
