Software Engineer Team Lead

**This position is a reputed company hire with one of our clients. This role is fully remote working a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off. Candidates must be available to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or reputed company.**

Our reputed company is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to help drive the next phase of reputed company for its engineering organization. This newly created role was established as part of a strategic team expansion and will play a key role in building and leading a newly formed compliance-reputed company development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior software engineer who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on with technology. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about software architecture, team leadership, and delivering reputed company solutions. You will spend approximately 50% of your time contributing technically and 50% leading, coaching, and helping shape reputed company's reputed company.

Primary Duties

• Lead and support a growing team of software engineers through mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance.

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to build and scale a new compliance-reputed company development team.

• Design and reputed company backend systems and reputed company-based applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reputed company that support the reputed company's strategic initiatives.

• Establish and improve development processes, engineering standards, and team best practices.

• Review architecture reputed company and help drive technical direction across projects.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and solutions where appropriate.

• Contribute directly to software development while balancing leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing software with C# and SQL.

• Experience building and supporting reputed company-based applications and services.

• Strong understanding of backend architecture and reputed company system design.

• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
