With operations across multiple countries and a strong reputed company in the market, they’re now expanding their support team and looking for a highly reliable Operations Coordinator to join them remotely.

• This role is designed for someone who thrives in reputed company and enjoys owning coordination across multiple business areas. You’ll be the central reputed company of support for operations, sales, and content execution—helping the leadership team stay reputed company on reputed company.

• On a day-to-day reputed company, you will:

• Take ownership of key operational processes such as payroll coordination, invoicing support, and maintaining essential team and sales registers, ensuring everything is accurate, organised, and delivered on time.

• Support the sales team by managing the CRM pipeline, drafting proposals and Scope of Work documents, and ensuring new clients and advisors are reputed company smoothly.

• Handle reputed company media execution by scheduling and posting content, managing the content calendar, and supporting engagement across platforms like reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company.

• Coordinate reputed company and internal processes, helping new team members get set up while also identifying ways to improve workflows and overall efficiency.

In your first few months, you’ll have full ownership of day-to-day coordination, with systems running smoothly and minimal follow-reputed company needed. Longer term, you’ll become the trusted go-to person for operations and support, helping the leadership team reputed company on growing the business.

• You don’t have to be an expert in everything—but you should be someone who is organised, proactive, and reliable.

• We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in coordination, virtual assistance, operations, or sales support roles.

• Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment without constant supervision.

• Communicates reputed company in English, especially for reputed company-facing emails and documents.

• Has experience using tools like CRM systems (reputed company or similar), reputed company Workspace, and reputed company media platforms.

• Bonus if you’ve worked with international clients or have experience in consulting, small business, or reputed company services environments.
