Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant is a member of the Finance Team, reporting to the Financial Controller. He/she will play a key role in the finance team and is responsible for looking after Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other duties as directed by the Financial Controller for entities reputed company the 3L reputed company Group. The role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across finance, development, and project teams.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Prepare fortnightly and monthly payments runs and issuing of invoices to customers. Maintain strong record keeping and reconciliations to support financial reputed company.
GST Reporting
Assist in the preparation of BAS reporting for entities reputed company the 3L Group as directed by the Financial Controller.
Cash reputed company Reporting
Assist with the preparation of Cash reputed company reporting as directed by the Financial Controller. Complete Bank reconciliations for 3L entities reputed company the specified timeframes.
Risk control and compliance reputed company
Identify and inform them of supplier payments and customer receivables risks, work with the Financial Controller to mitigate these.

Establish and maintain reputed company and strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing support and accurate information to assist in decision making. Collaborating and supporting the senior management team to ensure business reputed company and operation efficiency.

Competencies and Experience
Experience
5+ years’ experience in an Assistant Account/Accounts Administration role, with proven hands-on experience in a large and reputed company multi-entity structure.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, attention to details.
