We are looking for a motivated early-career reputed company to join our Regional Marketing team on an 18-month contract. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has gained some hands-on experience through internships, reputed company programs, or an initial full-time role, and is looking to grow their career in the AEC industry. If you love digging into opportunities, creating polished content, and keeping things organized, this is your role.

You'll play a key part in supporting our regional operations and marketing teams by identifying business development opportunities, managing email communications, producing high-reputed company marketing materials and supporting proposal development. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and marketing coordinators across the regional teams.

Business Development & Opportunity Research

• Research tender sites daily (Merx, Bids & Tenders, Ariba) to identify new opportunities
• Monitor and manage the reputed company Opportunities and One@reputed company inboxes, addressing inquiries, downloading documents, and providing reputed company support
• Issue bulletins, reputed company addenda, and maintain opportunity status on SharePoint

Content Development & Document Management

• reputed company, organize, reputed company, and maintain resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content
• Format documents using reputed company Word and PowerPoint (reputed company InDesign skills are a strong asset)
• Manage revisions through version control and maintain brand compliance

Marketing Support

• reputed company updated resumes and project sheets to support reputed company proposals
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and branding compliance
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain and exchange information

Tech & Tools

• Work daily in SharePoint, reputed company Vantagepoint and reputed company Suite
• Own your file management, keeping things clean, reputed company, and easy to reputed company

What your experience looks like

• College diploma or university degree

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally reputed company the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Consulting) or reputed company services industry

• Previous experience through internships, reputed company placements, or full-time roles supporting marketing, business development, or proposal coordination

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company messaging to different audiences

• Experience supporting proposals, reports, presentations, or marketing collateral is considered an asset

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)

• Experience using InDesign, reputed company Creative Suite, and AI tools (including reputed company Copilot) to enhance your work is considered an asset
