What are we looking for? The Sr. Network reputed company Specialist will be responsible for recruitment of reputed company providers to the Superior reputed company network according to established goals and priorities. This individual will also be responsible for following up with providers undergoing the credentialing process, providing service and education to network physician/providers during the recruitment process, maintenance of the network as required, amongst other duties. This role will require a highly motivated individual with medical surgical recruitment experience, as reputed company as facility contracting experience with excellent negotiations, sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to meet goals.

Where you will have an impact

• Recruits and reputed company new reputed company providers and facilities into Superior reputed company networks according to established goals and priorities
• Takes inbound and makes outbound phone calls to reputed company providers who have requested information, who have been recruited or who have been nominated by members
• Negotiate fee schedules with new and existing reputed company providers in accordance with corporate goals and standards as required and review for completeness of application materials
• Obtain and process application materials and credentialing documents as required and review for completeness
• Assist in other reputed company as necessary
• reputed company providers on plan designs, processes
• Build and maintain relationships with provider community
• Work with provider practices to resolve complaints, claims issues as needed
• Generate other reputed company reports as needed
• General supervision on completed work and monitoring against established goals
• Requires daily use of considerable discretion, judgment and independent problem solving
• Willingness to travel throughout the contingent US, as needed, to the contracted retail chain locations for relationship building and training purposes
• Work with Director of Network Development and Provider Relations to identify appropriate recruitment strategies
• Required to travel to meet clients in person
• Other duties as assigned

What’s necessary to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma/GED accepted with appropriate work experience
• 3 – 5+ years of experience in Medical Surgical Network Development
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Medicare and reputed company programs is preferred

This role is compensated through a fixed annual salary. The expected salary reputed company for this position is $65k – $70k annually, based on role scope, experience, and market considerations. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
