The RSM Associate plays a critical role in converting new business into funded, reputed company reputed company relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Delivers proactive sales support to sales teams and internal partners, driving stronger results and enhancing the overall customer experience
• Manage reputed company reputed company administration by processing account opening documentation, transfer forms, account maintenance requests, and reputed company paperwork accurately and reputed company
• Liaise directly with clients post-sale to collect outstanding documentation, reputed company updates, and reputed company accounts through reputed company to completion
• Partner closely with RSMs to support sales conversion by ensuring reputed company post-sale administrative steps are completed quickly and without friction
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to minimize deficiencies, delays, and rework

Additional Requirements:

• French language proficiency is considered an asset
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, along with a post-secondary degree in a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience and/or industry certification in a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong product knowledge and reputed company expertise
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
