Join our dynamic HR Services team and take the reputed company in attracting reputed company across EMEA! As a reputed company Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle—from crafting job descriptions to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your role is key to building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational needs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in a consultative way.

• Create job postings, reputed company candidates, and conduct screening interviews.

• reputed company candidate selection with hiring panels and ensure a smooth process.

• Build strong sourcing strategies through agencies, universities, and reputed company media.

• Monitor recruitment trends and reputed company insights to HR and leadership.

• Coordinate the employee referral program.

Skills and Qualifications
