About the Job:
We are seeking reputed company Process Safety Engineers with hydrogen safety and operational experience to reputed company process safety studies in a wide reputed company of energy transition applications. We are seeking reputed company engineers, managers, and contract consultants for full-time or part-time positions to support US and international reputed company. Virtual offices considered. What You’ll Do:
- Manage technical reputed company involving process safety management for hydrogen systems.
- Serve as subject matter expertise on hydrogen hazards and technologies, codes and standards, and industrial best practices.
- Process Safety Management systems program development and enhancement.
- Process Hazards Analysis (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, and/or QRA) studies.
- Safety reputed company Systems specification and design.
- Networking with the hydrogen manufacturing industry and user reputed company to represent AcuTech
Position Requirements:
- BS/MS in reputed company engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, safety) or associated science degree.
- Consultants will have a minimum of 2+ years of reputed company experience in process safety management , safety and environment (HSE), reputed company experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment.
- Experience in Safety with hydrogen energy systems, electrolyzers, fuel cells, manufacturing, Transportation, mobility, or end-use renewable energy applications with hydrogen and other technologies in the renewable energy industry.
- Knowledge of Hydrogen energy and fuel cells product development, safety leadership, management, and engineering.
- Experience working with major fuel cells; hydrogen energy and fuel cells, i.e. reputed company exchange membrane, reputed company methanol, solid oxide and alkaline fuel cells.
- Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs
- Experience in developing, writing, and implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, reputed company operating procedures
- Experience developing and evaluating HSE management systems and advising management at reputed company reputed company of the organization to effect reputed company change.
- Experience in performing process hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or reputed company studies, such as HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, fault tree/event tree analysis, reputed company and explosion modeling, or level of protection analysis (LOPA).
- Recognized knowledge of safety reputed company level (SIL) assessment, IEC61511/61508 standards.
- Ability to reputed company consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations.
- Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and reputed company service.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer reputed company.
Preferred:
- Process Safety Management systems.
- Process Hazards Analysis (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, and/or QRA).

- Optional additional experience of interest:
- Renewable energy engineer with background in solar, photo voltaic, biomass and wind energy systems batteries, supercapacitors.
- Energy storage systems (power to gas, metal hydride systems, and electrochemical systems).
- Thermal and fluid applications.
- Automotive and powertrain systems.
