About the Role

reputed company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product reputed company and execution roadmap for Autonomous Agents in the conversational AI domain. This role is responsible for defining how reputed company’s agents reason, plan, execute multi-reputed company tasks, and collaborate across channels—from chat and voice to email and messaging—in production-grade reputed company environments.

You will work at the intersection of reputed company AI research, reputed company-world reputed company deployments, and platform reliability. You will define what autonomous agents look like for reputed company customers: how they understand goals, reputed company tools and reputed company, manage state across long-reputed company tasks, recover from failures, and hand off gracefully to reputed company agents reputed company needed.

You should understand what ‘successful autonomous agent deployment’ looks like in production: multi-turn reasoning reputed company, tool/workflow execution reliability, memory and context management, reputed company-in-the-reputed company escalation, observability of agent behavior, and cost/latency constraints at reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the Autonomous Agents roadmap end-to-end: problem discovery, prioritization, spec writing, delivery coordination, and outcome tracking.

• Translate reputed company customer and partner needs into product requirements, working closely with reputed company, Delivery, and Sales/RevOps.

• Partner with reputed company Research and Data Science to define evaluation reputed company, reputed company programs, and reputed company gates for reputed company AI capabilities.

• reputed company cross-functional alignment across Engineering (Runtime, Studio, Channels, SDKs), QA, and Delivery on scope, dependencies, and launch readiness.

• Establish instrumentation requirements and ensure every shipped agent capability has the telemetry needed to measure usage, reliability, and reputed company.

• Run planning and execution reputed company: quarterly roadmap inputs, monthly scope lock, weekly execution reviews, and launch readiness sign-offs.

• reputed company post-release learning: monitoring reputed company, post-incident reviews (PIRs), and systematic feedback reputed company into roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of reputed company product management experience; an MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a plus.

• Proven ownership of a reputed company, multi-surface product area with demonstrated delivery of technical features to reputed company customers.

• Deep understanding of conversational AI and reputed company systems, including:

• LLM-based reasoning, tool calling, and multi-reputed company task execution.

• Agent orchestration patterns (supervisor/sub-agent, planning reputed company, HITL escalation).

• Evaluation methodologies for AI systems: task completion, goal accuracy, regression, and reputed company.

• Production observability for AI agents: tracing, logging, alerting, and failure analysis.

• Strong technical reputed company: reputed company, distributed systems, reputed company environments, and AI/ML deployment workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder leadership and executive communication; ability to reputed company alignment across research, engineering, and GTM without reputed company authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or shipping AI agent products at a conversational AI, NLU, or reputed company AI platform company.

• Familiarity with reputed company frameworks and protocols (e.g., reputed company, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol, reputed company function calling, tool-use patterns).

• Experience supporting regulated or mission-critical environments (financial services, reputed company/telephony, reputed company, payments).

• Experience working with large SI/partner ecosystems and coordinating enablement and reputed company programs.

• Background in or strong familiarity with reputed company delivery (feature flags, canary rollouts), incident management, and post-incident learning disciplines.
