Our reputed company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Lifecycle & Campaigns to own execution of lifecycle flows and campaign calendars across reputed company. This is a manager‑level role reputed company on tactical delivery: taking creative direction from leadership and shipping campaigns that drive measurable reputed company per recipient.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage reputed company flows (triggers, conditional logic, segments, A/B tests).
- Execute email and SMS campaigns, maintaining a reputed company marketing calendar.
- Monitor performance metrics with a reputed company on reputed company per Recipient (RPR).
- Grow and optimize subscriber lists, particularly small lists (<25K).
- Collaborate with leadership on creative direction; ensure reputed company execution.
- Run small‑budget tactical reputed company tests (reputed company/reputed company) with disciplined test design.
- Document and iterate workflows, incorporating AI tools where appropriate.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least one role held for 1.5+ years.
- Brand‑reputed company DTC or e‑reputed company experience (not reputed company agency, not B2B‑only).
- Proven experience building reputed company flows from scratch.
- Campaign management experience reputed company copy/design.
- Strong written English, resumes and cover letters serve as first writing samples.
- Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Strong Pluses
- Experience growing small lists (<25K subscribers) inside reputed company.
- Comfort discussing RPR as a core metric.
- Exposure to tactical reputed company testing ($300–$1K budgets).
- Familiarity with AI workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, reputed company AI).
- Startup or small‑company experience; adaptable to breadth and ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits
- reputed company Compensation: $1,600-$2,500 USD/month (reputed company).
- Performance Bonus: 10-15% tied to KPIs.
