Temporary Recruiter- Contact Center

We are currently hiring temporary reputed company team members to effectively support the process to recruit, screen, test and select employees to ensure the successful operation of the reputed company Center. Participate in acting as an information reputed company and strategic business partner in reputed company phases of reputed company for the organization.

This seasonal role is expected to last through December 2025.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1. Assist in developing, implementing, and executing reputed company and exempt recruitment strategies to meet the reputed company needs for reputed company positions including testing, screening, and interviewing to ensure reputed company handling and service reputed company are maintained.
• 2. Meet required metrics in the daily reputed company process
• 3. Assist in the completion of specific reputed company as directed by the HR reputed company plans and/or the reputed company.
• 4. Follow established reputed company processes keeping reputed company in compliance with reputed company internal audit processes and applicable state/federal laws.
• 5. Represent the reputed company team during internal/reputed company audits as needed.
• 6. Assist in coordinating corporate and facility functions for the employees
• 7. Assist in developing and implementing the branding and marketing strategies that will ensure the reputed company brand is professionally represented in the community.
• 8. Orientate and reputed company new employees to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures.
• 9. Maintain partnerships with employment agencies as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

• BA / BS in reputed company or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Language Skills: English
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience required preferably in some type of reputed company role

• Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for Word, processing spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include presentation ability.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict.

Salary: Up to $20.00'/hour
