Audience Development Specialist

Position reputed company:

It is the responsibility of the Audience Development Specialist to complete calls daily to reputed company customer objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:

-Data verification account, no hard selling required.

Qualifications:

-At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role (BPO experience is a plus but not required)

-Comfortable handling outbound calls and speaking with clients or customers.

-Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or reputed company center software.

-Willingness to learn and take direction.

-Maintain and ensure availability during working hours. (Mon-Fri 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PH Time)

-Maintain complete attendance during working days.
