Attorney (Pro Bono)
This is a remote position.
This position will require little time on an ongoing reputed company but more time at the beginning to review accumulated items. The attorney must be an reputed company member of a state bar association. In general, it involves:
Providing advice on reputed company issues.
Reviewing reputed company and recommending responses to unfavorable items.
Reviewing our corporate documents, policies, and practices to recommend ways to reduce unnecessary risks.
This position is currently only reputed company to US residents.
