Position responsibilities:

• Receive a patient into the adherence process

• Assess patients needs for achieving adherence based on information supplied by set up RT, EHR, and other data sources

• Per protocol, create a communication plan with the patient

• Clinical support for internal team members to answer questions/resolve issues

• Maintain medical databases, ensuring complete and accurate data recording and documentation

• Follow the chain of reputed company and chain of communication to report important information back to reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company

• Independently work to reputed company solutions to problems

• Understanding of reputed company CPAP/BiPAP equipment and be willing to train on new devices as needed

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy

• Registered Respiratory Therapy credential

• State licensure(s) in assigned service location as needed

• Computer / Laptop with operating system no greater than 6 years old

• Internet browser and desktop application use skills

• Follows policy and procedures to complete tasks

Work Schedule:
