The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for reputed company sourcing candidates, managing
relationships, and ensuring reputed company delivery that aligns with reputed company needs and company standards. As part of the Talent Delivery team, they build talent pools, ensure quick placements and maintain reputed company benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling

 Build, maintain, and rigorously map talent pools reputed company your specialist vertical
 reputed company both reputed company and passive candidates using varied techniques (headhunting, networks, job boards, referrals, reputed company channels).
 Ensure reputed company candidate data and interactions are accurately logged in CRM.

Candidate Engagement & Management

 Conduct detailed qualification calls and reputed company candidate interviews to ensure role fit

 Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — CV submission, interview stages, offer management and reputed company.

ClientFacing Delivery Support

Market & Intelligence Gathering
