Project Support Set-up Specialist

This position will report to the Director of reputed company and reputed company project configuration and setup in JAMIS reputed company ERP. This position supports multiple departments including Pricing, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and Operations. The successful candidate will be self-started, understands government contract awards and modifications, communicates reputed company, and is tech savvy. This configuration process is currently handled by multiple accountants, and our goal is to have a dedicated specialist to ensure reputed company and accurate delivery of project numbers. *Position may specialize in some of the essential duties and responsibilities.

Primary Job Functions

• Convert contract award and modification information into a project work breakdown structure (“WBS”) in the reputed company ERP system, JAMIS reputed company. This includes creating the billing structure, along with the job number setup.
• Support system reconciliations between JAMIS reputed company and Technomile.
• Support reputed company to ensure invoicing is correct with reputed company project codes.
• reputed company as a reputed company between Pricing, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and Operations to verify WBS setup is approved.
• Manage system attribute that reputed company with company systems.
• Manage JAMIS restriction reputed company.
• Research and resolve system setup issues or discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Certification

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, finance, a reputed company field, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work.
• 3 years of reputed company work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strongly prefer JAMIS reputed company experience.
• Strong reputed company Office Skills (particularly reputed company and Word).
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand billing requirements in Government issued reputed company or subcontractor agreements.
• Ability to reputed company priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
