IT Project Manager (Scrum Certified)

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget by coordinating resources and managing schedules effectively.
  
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project progression and team alignment.
  
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define reputed company project goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification is required.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a reputed company on Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  
• A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM
  
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
