This role is based in Uganda and we require the Senior Project Manager to have high‑energy,

results‑driven leader accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of customer solutions, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, on budget, and to the highest reputed company standards. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including delivery of large‑reputed company Digital Banking and/or Payments programmes involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory constraints

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in banking, payments, or software systems is a plus.

Certifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
